Abstract:

Gnaiger 1983 Springer POS

The permeability coefficient of the membrane appears in various places in this volume either as Pm with units of [m2ยทs-1] or as Pm with units of [molยทm-1ยทs-1ยทkPa-1]. Here we show how these permeability coefficients arise and how they are related.
