OXPHOS-coupling efficiency (1-L/P) describes the coupling of the mitochondrial electron transfer system, and is the ratio of free to total OXPHOS capacity. It is suggested to use instead of respiratory acceptor control ratio (RCR) to evaluate mitochondrial coupling.
Other suggestions:
OXPHOS-coupling efficiency (1-L/P) describes the coupling of the mitochondrial electron transfer system. This coupling control factor ranges from 1.0 for a fully coupled system to 0.0 for a system with zero respiratory phosphorylation capacity (L=P). It is suggested to use OXPHOS-coupling efficiency instead of the respiratory acceptor control ratio (RCR) to evaluate mitochondrial coupling.

- While in Home Office: Gnaigere (talk) 14:03, 19 March 2020 (CET) https://wiki.oroboros.at/index.php/Talk:O2k-Open_Support_alert - Many labs will move to home office mode. In line with our special DL7.4 home office offer (see Agenda today), therefore, I suggest to post in our Agenda analysis-linked O2k-Open Support cases during this time, and collect real-time operation cases for future releases.

Do you perform the leaky chamber test after chamber assembly?
An unnoticed leak from the chamber may affect your data, therefore we recommend performing the Leaky chamber test - especially after chamber reassembly.

Do you know how to select the proper Fluorescence-Sensor and filter set?
Using different Fluorescence-Sensors and filters, the O2k-Fluo Smart-Module allows for measurement of hydrogen peroxide, ATP, mitochondrial membrane potential, calcium, and numerous other applications open for O2k-user innovation.
- »Selecting the Smart Fluo-Sensor« and »Setup of the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module«
- Comments by Caro:
- For the question, do we use the term Fluorescence-Sensor or Smart Fluo-Sensors or fluorescence sensors which may include both Smart Fluo-Sensors (O2k-Fluo Smart-Module, https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-smart-module/) and Fluorescence-Sensors (O2k-Fluo LED2-Module, https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-led2-module/).
- I modified in the former text the text displayed for filters, hydrogen peroxide, mitochondrial membrane potential and calcium.
- Filters or LED filters and photodiode filters?
- The link from the filters should go to which page? Filters or https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-smart-module/ or https://wiki.oroboros.at/index.php/Talk:MitoPedia:_Fluorometry#Selecting_a_Filter_Set?
- Do we include in the entry the O2k-Fluo Smart-Module and the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module?
- In the last links, the first one goes to the "Select the Fluorescence-Sensors" page, but the second one does not go to the selection of filters.
- The link to "Select the Fluorescence-Sensors" goes to the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module and not to the section "Select the Smart Fluo-Sensors"
- Do we want to mention only the O2k-Fluo_Smart-Module or also the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module?
- Suggestions:

Do you know the different ways to adjust oxygen concentration in the Oroboros O2k?
Did you know that some chemicals are incompatible with the Amplex UltraRed assay?
