::::* For the question, do we use the term Fluorescence-Sensor or Smart Fluo-Sensors or fluorescence sensors which may include both Smart Fluo-Sensors (O2k-Fluo Smart-Module, https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-smart-module/) and Fluorescence-Sensors (O2k-Fluo LED2-Module, https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-led2-module/).

::::* I modified in the former text the text displayed for filters, hydrogen peroxide, mitochondrial membrane potential and calcium.
May 16th
::::* Filters or LED filters and photodiode filters?
::::* The link from the filters should go to which page? [[Filters]] or https://www.oroboros.at/index.php/product/o2k-fluo-smart-module/ or https://wiki.oroboros.at/index.php/Talk:MitoPedia:_Fluorometry#Selecting_a_Filter_Set?
::::* Do we include in the entry the O2k-Fluo Smart-Module and the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module?
::::* In the last links, the first one goes to the "Select the Fluorescence-Sensors" page, but the second one does not go to the selection of filters.
::::* The link to "Select the Fluorescence-Sensors" goes to the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module and not to the section "Select the Smart Fluo-Sensors"
::::* Do we want to mention only the O2k-Fluo_Smart-Module or also the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module?

:::::Arguments:
=== Next ===
::::::• It refers generally to both O2k-Fluo Smart-Modul and O2k-Fluo LED2-Modul, therefore, I would write fluorescence sensors.
::::::• The link for Selecting a Filter Set what you put is not appropriate because it goes to a discussion page what we have not published so far, therefore, I would stick to the links in the original alerts.
::::::• The MitoPedia:Fluorometry discussion page does not contain new information. It it summary of information of all fluo-related pages. Therefore, you can find the same information on an other page.
::::::• In the original link the link of Selecting a Filter Set goes to the table with the sensors and filters and not to the listed points.

:::* Comments by Caro:
May 27th
::::* Yes, I agree that the content of one of the suggestions which I provided is more appropiated.
:{|
::::* The question of the entry refers to how to select the appropiate fluorescence sensors and filters. At the end, the first link goes to the section Select the Smart Fluo-Sensors (this is good). The second link does not go to a page which helps with the second question (Selecting a Filter Set), it goes to the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module setup (what about the users with the O2k-FluoRespirometer) and then you can click in another link which goes to a page where some information about the filters can be found inside of the mounting filter section (which is not selecting a filter), and it is not as complete as it is shown in the link [[Talk:MitoPedia:_Fluorometry#Selecting_a_Filter_Set]]. Therefore, if I am an user, I do not see the question of the entry fixed. Why the content of the selection of filters is not moved to a front page?

Guidelines to update a reference

When creating an O2k-Publication/Brief alert, it is the responsibility of the author to check if the reference is accordingly to the correct guidelines:

Reference example.png

Correct format for a person called “First Name Surname”:
In the gray box should be “Surname FN” - From where references to be used as O2k-Publication/Brief alerts are copied from.

Gray box reference.png

In the links should be “ Surname First N”

Authors names links reference.png

How to edit:
A) Check if all authors with profiles in Bioblast (blue links) have their profiles with full name. If they have, proceed to next step (B). If not, you need to move it following the steps “How to move a profile” below.
B) Click in “Edit with form”.
C) The gray box is edited in “Reference” and the links are changed in “Author(s)”. Change it accordingly and click in “save page” at the end of the page.

How to move a profile (instructions sent by Marija):

So let’s take for example my page: Beno M [1]

As you can see there is a redirect from Beno Marija to Beno M. What has to be done is to switch the content of those pages. Here are the steps:
1. Go to e.g. “Beno M” on edit
2. Click on “Move”
3. Change the new title to the full name of the person. In my case it will be Beno M to Beno Marija

BenoMreference.jpg

4. Now it should look like that:

BenoMarijaReference.png

5. Click on “Move” and leave all the ticked boxes
6.Done
After that you can continue in step B.
If you have any doubt you can contact Cristiane, Marija or Mario.
