In the O2k-Fluo LED2-Module dye based absorption filters in form of polymer films are used. Stating cut-off values or otherwise numerical describing the filters (short of a full spectrum) does make little sense. However, if required the following values can be used:
- MgG/CaG excitation filter (SG59):dye based short pass filter, 50% T: not applicable (max. transmission < 50%), suppressing (<5% Transmission) lambda > 490 nm
- MgG/CaG emission filter (RL21):dye based long pass filter,50% T: 570 nm, suppressing (<1% transmission) lambda < 525 nm
