NS-N pathway control efficiency
Description
The CI+II-CI substrate control factor expresses the fractional change of flux when succinate is added to CI-linked respiration in a defined coupling control state. The nomenclature using subscripts helps to distinguish CI+CII as the calculated sum of CI- plus CII-linked respiration measured separately, versus CI+II as the measured flux in the presence of both CI- plus CII-linked substrates.
Abbreviation: jCI+II-CI
Reference: Flux control factor
