MitoFit SC working groups day 2

Dear participants of the MitoFit Science Camp:

We thank you for many excellent abstracts received, which help us shape the final programme. To make more room for (1) specific abstract presentations and (2) the - always too short - discussions on SUIT protocols (design, scope and limitations, analysis and interpretation), we are considering to organize two working groups on day 2 in the afternoon, who will join in the evening for general presentations and a discussion of the conclusions. We would like to obtain your quick feedback which will allow us to take an optimal decision.

Which of the two parallel working groups do you intend to join:

2A: Mitochondrial assays in blood cells: Blood cell preparation, cryopreservation, respiration.

or

2B: Cell culture models versus tissue samples: Brain and neuronal cells - Adipose tissue - Other

As suggested on the recently updated website, “the MitoFit Science Camp may be considered as a sequence of workshops ...” Along these lines, we want to encourage you to emphasize in your presentations experimental examples (showing traces, including aspects of data analysis, processing, statistics) and fundamental methodological issues. You may also show some of your slides in any of the discussions.
