Our group has developed a novel method called the CYTO-BIO-CHEMICAL (CBCH) method for quantitative determination of physiological state of the organism. The method measures in mitochondria ex vivo the activity of enzymes such as succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and Ξ±-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (KDH) which are responsible for energy supply and connect mitochondria with symphatetic and parasymphatetic regulation. The novel method of SDH, KDH measurement has been improved and tested in animal model of stress, in healthy volunteers, in not critically capable patients with initial stages of metabolic syndrome accompanyied by food allergy, in patients with hypertension and start to study patients with primary revealed tumor.
